The incumbent will be responsible for:

-       Conceptualize, develop and implement Career path model

-       Fast track model – identifying and monitoring

       Process Improvement

-       Communicating, Facilitating & Monitoring  KRAs process

-       Implementation of Mercer’s Performance Management System (PMS) model

-       Implementation on Variable Pay Plan

-       IT- ization of PMS

-       Audit and Improve recruitment/selection process

-       MIS monitoring, Analyzing for effective decision making

-       Monitoring manpower cost Vs budget and reporting variance

-       HR policies and practices

-       Compensation Benchmarking

-       Ensuring proper JDs for all positions

-       Follow / improve SOPs

     Employee Engagement

-       Cultural/sports activities

-       Town Halls

-       Knowledge sharing

-       HR updates

-       Celebrations

-       Rewards

-       Employee Satisfaction Surveys

     Retention

-       Analyzing and reporting trends on attrition

-       Suggestions for improvements

-       HR intervention

 

   Training & Development – Coordination role

-       Development of Internal talent

-       Development of identified Competency areas

-       Monitoring training effectiveness

-       Higher Education


 

   Others:

 

-       Good communication skills

-       Demonstrated ability in implementing process, systems & policies

-       Ability to analyze and interpret data
