Description |
3-6 years postdoctoral experience in a well-know research institute involved in Drug Metabolism/Mechanism of action studies on drug molecules.He should be well versed with the isolation and purification of enzymes, cell-fractionation techniques to obtain sub-cellular organelles, competitive and non-competitive enzyme inhibitors, setting-up of assays to measure protein/DNA/RNA synthesis and animal pharmacokinetic studies. A good analytical approach, problem-solving skills, as well as and ability to train and motivate subordinates are essential prerequisites. |
